We guarantee for 7 DAYS only if the polish was applied along with a manicure. Also with the
nails enhancement, If you lose or chips or lifting please call us to schedule a free repair
in 7 DAYS.
Repairs after 7 days or for breakages, tears, and corner breaks will be charged.
Traditional polish services are not guaranteed.
APPOINTMENT
At this time, we will be taking any walk-ins and appointments. Parties of 4 or more will
be require a deposit to hold the appointment. Please call the salon to book your appointment
48-HOUR NOTICE
We understand that things come up, so we ask that if you need to reschedule, cancel or make
edits to your appointment that you contact us 48 hours in advance.
LATE POLICY
We kindly asked our clients to arrive on time. Please call us to notify us if you are
running late. We will hold your appointment for ten (10) minutes, provided we hear from you.
If you are running later than 10 minutes, your service time may be shortened or downgraded
in service to ensure we can stay on schedule for the next scheduled appointment.
RETURNS
All gift card and retail purchases are final. We do not offer refunds on any products or
services.
REFUNDS
Services are non-refundable.
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your service, we will be more than happy to fix
it for you. Please do not hesitate to let our front desk or an on-site manager know of any
